These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Khalagar platform (khalagar.onl) and all related services. Khalagar is an online gaming and entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, Sports Betting, bingo, and a wide range of other gaming content.

Each individual may hold only one account on Khalagar. If the same person attempts to open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

If your name, address, date of birth, or contact details are found to be false or altered, Khalagar reserves the right to close the account. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested as part of the verification process.

• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact the support team immediately.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to prevent underage family members from accessing the platform.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

Khalagar supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Please keep the following in mind for deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Processing times vary by payment method and may take between 1–72 hours.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per member.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally between 20x–40x and vary by game.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonuses.
• Wagering requirements apply to Free Spins as well.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified time period will expire.

• If a technical error makes the outcome of any game uncertain, the affected bet may be voided.
• If your internet connection is lost, the game result will be saved on the server.

• Any attempt at fraud or manipulation will result in immediate account termination.

Khalagar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using bots or automated software.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering.
• Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 years of age.

Members may also request to close their account at any time — particularly as a self-exclusion measure under responsible gaming.

Khalagar is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures. That said, we are committed to maintaining 99.9% uptime at all times.

Khalagar is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gaming. All games are powered by a certified RNG — outcomes are entirely random and unpredictable.

• Khalagar is not responsible for issues arising from the user's device or internet connection.
• The member is solely responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to their account.
• Meeting any tax or legal obligations is the sole responsibility of the member.

For any complaints or disputes, please contact Khalagar's customer support team first. Our support team aims to respond within 48 hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved through our support team, you may escalate it to Khalagar's licensing authority. The licensing authority's decision is final in all disputes.

• Member information is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Information may be shared with government authorities under legal obligations, such as AML investigations.
